Day 1
Depart on a direct flight to Bangkok, or fly via a hub city such as Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur
Day 2
Arrive to Bangkok today and meet with your private driver and guide to transfer to your hotel. Spend time relaxing after your flight before a tour to the Grand Palace & Wat Pho with your guide. This evening we recommend heading to the Sirocco Sky Bar for drinks and incredible city views
Day 3
Take a private full day tour to Ayutthaya, the former capital of Siam until 1767. Explore the temple ruins in the historical park.
Day 4
Start your day with a walking tour of Talad Noi, a little riverside neighbourhood dotted with funky street art, crumbling family homes and bustling markets. This afternoon take a short flight to Siem Reap and enjoy a sunset gondola boat ride at Angkor Thom before finishing your day with a visit to Angkor Wat by local tuk tuk or bicycle. This evening dine at Chanrey Tree for a traditional Khmer feast.
Day 5
Full day at your leisure to explore Siem Reap further at your own pace.
Day 6
his morning leave the town behind and venture into the rice paddies and beautiful countryside. Take a walking tour around a local village or head deeper into the countryside to visit Phnom Kulen National Park for a swim in the cascading falls. This evening we will arrange tickets to the Cambodian circus or a street food tour of town.
Day 7
Today start your day with a private boat tour to the floating villages on Tonle Sap Lake, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. This afternoon fly to Luang Prabang in Laos. Check in to your hotel and enjoy an evening stroll through the colourful night markets.
Day 8
After a leisurely breakfast, climb aboard a local boat for a cruise along the Mekong to visit the Pak Ou Caves. On the return journey enjoy a local lunch onboard before an afternoon walking tour of the majestic UNESCO World Heritage town of Luang Prabang.
Day 9
Day at your leisure in Luang Prabang. This evening enjoy a performance at the Royal Ballet Theatre.
Day 10
For early risers, take a special visit to watch the monks collect alms. Enjoy time to relax in town before your flight to Hanoi.
Day 11
Enjoy a guided tour of Hanoi this morning, including a visit to the UNESCO Thang Long Imperial Citadel. In the afternoon stroll around the bustling Old Quarter with your guide, stopping to chat to the locals and learn about life in the city. Finish the day with a Water Puppet Show.
Day 12
Leave the city behind and venture into the countryside of Northern Vietnam to visit Hoa Lu, the first capital of Vietnam. Explore the ancient Citadel and then visit Tam Coc for a local lunch. The afternoon includes a visit to UNESCO Trang An Landscape Complex or a cycle tour around the paddy fields.
Day 13
Your next stop is Vietnam's biggest UNESCO World Heritage Site, Halong Bay. Transfer to the bay and check in to your boat for the overnight cruise. Along the way you can enjoy kayaking, cooking demos, cave visits, sunbathing on hidden beaches or simply relax on board.
Day 14
A morning Tai Chi lesson will start the day, before your cruise continues around the bay and back to shore this afternoon. Head back to Hanoi for your flight to Hoi An.
Day 15
Wake up on the beach and spend a full day at leisure relaxing.
Day 16
A second full day at leisure. Should you wish to continue to explore, we recommend a Jeep excursion to My Son or a cooking class at Red Bridge
Day 17
Your final day at leisure relaxing in Hoi An.
Day 18
You will be transferred to the airport today for your departure flight.

Keeping a relatively steady pace throughout, you will tick off the legendary sights and cities of Ayutthaya, Angkor Wat, Luang Prabang, Halong Bay and Hoi An, whilst still enjoying time to relax and explore at your own pace throughout, as well as enjoying the end of the tour relaxing on the white sand beaches around Hoi An and Danang. Should you travel on this tour from November to March, we can end your holiday with a relaxing stay in either Phu Quoc, Con Dao or Phan Thiet to ensure you get the best of the weather.
