Day 1
Depart on your overnight flight from the UK. Flights can also be arranged from other destinations and we are more than happy to quote without flights if you prefer to arrange your own.
Day 2
Arrive to Siem Reap today, where you will be met by your private guide and driver to transfer to your hotel for check in. After time relaxing, enjoy a guided visit to the beautiful Banteay Srei temples for a perfect introduction to Cambodia. The evening is at leisure to relax and explore the markets.
Day 3
Your day begins with a visit to the temples of Bayon, Angkor Thom and Ta Phrom, amongst others. You will be accompanied by your private guide and driver, ensuring the day is completely focused on your interests. Spend time relaxing by the pool this afternoon or continue to explore the temples. Finish your day with sunset at Angkor Wat.
Day 4
The morning will be spent kayaking on Tonle Sap Lake - paddle around floating villages, meet the locals and then head back to town for some relaxation. This evening enjoy an incredible street food discovery tour by vintage vespa!
Day 5
Leave Siem Reap and head into the countryside, travelling overland to Kratie, stopping along the way at the hidden temples of Sambor Prei Kuk. Take an ox cart or bicycle ride around the jungle clad temples and continue this afternoon to your hotel in Kratie.
Day 6
An early morning boat ride will take you into the Mekong River for a chance to spot the rare Irrawaddy Dolphin. The afternoon is at leisure to relax or explore the island of Koh Trong by bicycle or on foot.
Day 7
In the morning drive to Sen Monorom in Mondulkiri. Later spend the day exploring the surrounding area where you can see impressive waterfall of Bou Sraa, local tribes and coffee plantations.
Day 8
Spend the day visiting the Elephant Valley Project ‘walking with the herd’.
Day 9
Explore the Seimar Protect Forest for Black Shanked Doucs of Mondulkiri. The rest of the day is at your leisure - visit the waterfalls, villages or coffee plantations.
Day 10
Depart Mondulkiri for the overland transfer to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. Along the way visit Kompong Cham. Arrive to your hotel and take a walk to the night markets or bustling waterfront for drinks and dinner.
Day 11
Today explore the Royal Palace complex and the Silver Pagoda, and later you will visit the sombre museum of S-21 and the Killing Fields, two sites related to the Khmer Rouge regime. Enjoy an evening sunset cruise.
Day 12
Leave Phnom Penh this morning and travel to Chi Phat in the South of Cambodia. Here you will spend the day and night at the Wildlife Release Station. Sleep in comfortable chalets, receive freshly cooked local meals, and meet the incredible staff that rehabilitates and releases animals rescued from the illegal wildlife trade. Activities include feeding resident wildlife, hiking into the jungle to spot local flora and fauna, swimming in crystal clear pools and setting camera traps to monitor released wildlife.
Day 13
After a morning at the wildlife station, continue to Koh Kong for your river stay and adventure. The rest of the day is at leisure to enjoy activities or relax.
Day 14
This morning trek or kayak to the Tatai Waterfalls, before spend the rest of the day relaxing or enjoying more sightseeing.
Day 15
Depart Koh Kong for the overland transfer to Sihanoukville. Arrive at the beach, check in to your hotel and kick back - the rest of your holiday is completely free to relax, revive and soak up the Cambodian sunshine.
Day 16
Day at leisure on the beach.
Day 17
Day at leisure on the beach.
Day 18
Return to Phnom Penh by road today then you board your flight later tonight to fly back to the UK (or your next onward destination).
Day 19
Arrive back to the UK this morning.
